Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for all eligible items purchased within the United States.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
     

  • All tags and labels must be intact
     

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable
     

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will:

  1. Notify you via email that your return was received.
     

  2. Approve or reject the refund based on the item’s condition.
     

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
     

Note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.

  1. Contact us within 30 days to request an exchange.
     

  2. Ship the original item back to us (you’ll receive instructions via email).
     

Once received, we’ll send the replacement item at no additional charge (excluding shipping costs unless due to an error on our part).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@royaltyklothing.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
     

  2. We’ll reply with the next steps and shipping instructions.
     

  3. Carefully package and ship the item to the return address provided.

This policy applies to customers and orders shipped within the United States only. For international orders, please reach out to us for more info on return options.
